Yes, FREE. We provide a basic monitoring and support tool to our clients at no charge. Includes hardware and software monitoring and easy access to our remote support services. Our software automatically logs hardware and software issues detected on your computer. If you have a concern, contact us and we can give you inside information on your computer (often at no charge) or if you need assistance, we can help you remotely for a reasonable fee. Just contact us for your unique installer link with no obligation. Uninstall at any time.
The Guardian – Protection, Security, Support
We provide monthly access to a comprehensive computer monitoring and protection service that keeps your computer secure WITHOUT bogging you down like many of the other products.
Most clients do not realize that the protection software that comes with their computers (McAfee or Norton) doesn’t do a proper job of keeping them clean from threats and adding on extra “protection” software usually does more harm than good! Ask us for a free scan today!
Additionally, you get benefits such as easy access to remote support, half-off of our Annual Inspection and Tune-Up package, free virus removal (if you DO get infected) and our “Comfort Care” which means you can contact us if you see anything suspicious on your protected computer. We can tell you if that email is a scam, if that website is legit, if that phone call is actually someone trying to steal your information and that’s all included in your monthly price!
(Legacy Annual Protection Plan) – We no longer offer our Annual Protection Plan. Folks who are already paying for it can continue as long as they stay current on their annual premium. This plan currently includes: Monitoring and Protection with access to additional remote virus/threat scans if needed.

With this plan, you could never have to pay for labor again. If you’ve ever accidentally gotten locked out of your computer by Bitlocker (enabled by default on many newer computers) you know what a nightmare it can be. With this service, we can easily help you get back into your computer at no extra charge!
Complete Care requires a one-time $50 setup fee (waived if we’ve done a full diagnostic within 30-days) per device. We do a full inspection, clean everything up and make sure it’s ready to be protected. If your plan lapses for more than 30 days, we may require you to pay the setup fee again to continue. We reserve the right to require certain repairs to a device before starting the plan.
We also include support for 1 attached peripheral per registered device, such as a printer.
