Computer Refresh and Renew Package $500

– New 1TB Solid-State Drive (with 1yr warranty) – storage space upgrades are available.
– Update to latest compatible Operating System** (Windows 10 or Windows 11 / Latest MacOS for Apple)
– User Data and Application Transfer if requested
– Password and Software License backup if available
– Microsoft Account Setup (or AppleID Login for MacOS) with up to 3 login accounts (email, social media, etc)
– You keep your old drive as a backup (if applicable)

We recommend pairing this service with our “Cooling System Refresh” below ($50 add-on)
** Obsolete and Linux systems will cost $100 extra

Budget Options

Scrub the Decks (Annual Inspection and Tune-Up)  $225

More than 10 steps to test, clean, update and optimize your computer. We start with a basic diagnostic and if concerns are found, we stop and contact you before continuing to give you the option to fix those issues. We install pending updates and clean up all of the “junk” in your computer. This includes removing any threats (malicious software) we find. This recovers lost space and makes your computer run better! For older systems with larger problems, we always recommend our Refresh and Renew Package (above) instead.

Clean Sweep $150

This is a clean, factory fresh install of the latest, updated version of your operating system (Windows 10 or 11) on your current internal storage device. This option removes EVERYTHING from your computer as if you just bought it. We STRONGLY recommend that you pair this service with one of our Data Backup services.

– Cooling System Refresh Add-On $50 – We will clean the dust from inside your computer and replace the thermal paste if appropriate to keep you running cool and fresh!and if concerns are found, we stop and contact you before continuing to give you the option to fix those issues.
