Complete Care requires a one-time $50 setup fee (waived if we’ve done a full diagnostic within 30-days) per device. We do a full inspection, clean everything up and make sure it’s ready to be protected. If your plan lapses for more than 30 days, we may require you to pay the setup fee again to continue. We reserve the right to require certain repairs to a device before starting the plan.
We also include support for 1 attached peripheral, such as a printer.
