Equipment Services (onsite)
Computer / Device Packing ($250/setup)
– Equipment Inventory
– Equipment testing to ensure performance prior to transport
– Equipment labels if needed
– Professional packing and securing of packages for transport
Computer Setup / Installation ($300/setup)
– Unboxing and inventory of equipment
– Set up equipment to client’s specifications (service does NOT include account setup, data transfer, in-wall cabling, electrical work such as adding new electrical outlets).
– Test equipment for functionality
– Install our Free Monitoring and Support tool (optional)
New Computer Software Services ($250 Drop-off or Remote / $350 On-site)
($100 discount when combined with at least one of the above services)
– Test equipment for functionality
– Install our Free Monitoring and Support tool (optional)
– We set up your new user profile (including creating a Microsoft Account or Apple ID if needed)
– We make sure you have access to your email (up to 2 email accounts) and social media (up to 2 accounts).
– We get you logged into your cloud backup solution, such as Dropbox, Onedrive, etc and get your internet browser account logged in/setup.
– We install and configure up to 3 software applications that you own.
– We provide up to 30-minutes of training to show you the basics of operating and navigating your computer.
– DATA TRANSFER AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE
Other custom services may be included if time is available. Additional equipment may incur an additional charge.
On-Site services are available in the local Toledo area only! There is a travel fee for locations more than 5 miles from our office.
Onsite price includes service for the following equipment per setup: 1 Desktop or Laptop computer, up to 2 monitors, keyboard/mouse, up to 2 peripherals such as a printer, webcam, stand-alone mic, etc all attached wires and cables.
