Yay!! You have a new computer! How exciting! But who wants to deal with all of that SETUP?

WE DO!!

Don’t risk the hassle of figuring out where all of the plugs go. Don’t risk damaging your new equipment during the setup process. We offer TWO professional Computer Setup packages (also great for “new” refurbished computers, moving/relocating or freshly reinstalled computers) so you don’t have to!

On-Site Computer Setup Package:

  • We unpack and set up your new computer and peripherals to your specifications. This includes 1 Laptop or Desktop (tower), up to 2 monitors, keyboard/mouse and up to 2 peripherals such as printer, webcam, stand-alone mic… etc.
  • We test your equipment to make sure everything is functioning properly
  • We install our FREE monitoring and support tool.
  • We set up your new user profile (including setting up a Microsoft Account or Apple ID if needed)
  • We transfer your User Profile from your old computer to your new one (optional)
  • We make sure you have access to your email (up to 2 email accounts) and social media (up to 2 accounts).
  • We get you logged into your cloud backup solution, such as Dropbox, Onedrive, etc and get your internet browser account logged in/setup.
  • We install and configure up to 3 software applications that you own.
  • We make sure all of your connected cords and cables are neatly managed.
  • Other custom services may be included if time is available.
  • Finally, we will spend some time making sure you know how to use the basic functions of your new computer.
This package includes up to approximately 3hrs onsite – so make sure you block off the appropriate amount of time!

Drop-Off Computer Setup Package

You bring your computer to us – we do the rest!

  • We test your equipment to make sure everything is functioning properly
