Computer Chick offers patient, “plain english” user support for any issue you may need assistance with.
Most of our assistance is done through Remote Support, but for an additional fee we can meet you in your home or office to help you in person. We do recommend that you keep a notepad next to your computer, so you can write down any issues you think of that you need help with. This helps us make the most of our time assisting you.

We charge by the hour for this service and this pairs nicely with our “Complete Care” package, where it counts as a “Standard Service”.
