Your website is your Business Storefront online
Whether you’re rich or poor, famous or struggling, what people see when they come to your website doesn’t necessarily reflect the reality of your situation.
Your website can be a beautiful, manicured mansion or a tar-paper shack and it absolutely makes a difference in how people see you, your business and your credibility.
We always prefer a clean, simple design that’s easy to read, easy to navigate and gives people the information they want without wading through a lot of extra fluff or giving you a headache.
Website Creation Terms: You retain ownership of your domain name(s). If we register them with our registrar, you may request a domain transfer at any time (note: you will be responsible for any transfer fees). Premium plugins that I do not already have are not covered in the base price. If this is something you will need for your expectations, I will let you know. I accept a limited number of clients for the following options:
Website Hosting and Domain Registration Package – $100/yr: Includes unlimited hosting (I don’t accept illegal content), up to 3 custom email addresses plus domain registration if needed. I will release domains I register for you with no penalty.
Simple Business Website – $500: Includes up to 3 pages of basic content (additional pages are $100/page) and up to 5 custom email addresses. We also get your Google business listing setup and configured. If I have to produce custom artwork for the site there may be additional charges for that. You cover the cost of any paid plugins that are required. After the website is finalized and paid for, you own the website content and the domain name. You will have access to edit your own website. Pro Business Website – $1500 and up: Includes multiple pages with more customization and complexity than the Simple Business Website. Shopping carts and online product sales fall under this category. My own website is an example of a Pro Business Website. You can find other examples of a Pro Business Website in the Website Samples section below. Also, see our “Listing Management Package” which includes ongoing website design/updates AND your business listing search engine promotion. This does NOT include the cost of paid advertising on platforms if you should choose to do that.
Pro Business Website – FREE – We offer a special package which includes website creation, maintenance, updates, management, etc with SEO marketing placement services. Only certain clients will qualify. Contact us for more info.
Website Monthly Maintenance Package – $100/month: Includes unlimited website updates (as time permits), unlimited hosting, custom email addresses. Cancel at any time. This is an exclusive contract. You will NOT have access to edit the website with this package (other than blog-type entries).
Social Media Account Creation and Setup – $50/account: Includes customization and setup. You will own the accounts.
Ala Carte Website Updates – $2/minute ($50 minimum)
