Computer Chick accepts a limited number of small business clients for monthly services.
Our monthly service plan covers both PCs and Macs. Only registered devices are covered.
We include general troubleshooting and maintenance for 1 printer* for every 3 computers we cover.
We do not cover servers or server related issues.
Signup Process: After an initial consultation to assess whether this is a good fit, we schedule a mandatory Site Survey (one-time fee $120, plus one-time setup fee of $50/registered endpoint).
Setup fee includes Annual Inspection & Tune-Up for each registered endpoint
We require a 3-month minimum initial contract for business service plans.
