** If you do not have a valid License for the Operating System, you will be billed for one. In most cases, you do not need a separate license to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Factory Reset: We attempt to restore your computer to it’s orginal factory settings. This option erases all of the user information and custom applications from the computer.
Clean Install: We wipe the drive and install a clean version of the Operating System. Manufacturer supplied software that originally came with the computer may not be included, but is usually available from the manufacturer after installation.
Legacy or Custom: We attempt to install an older version of your Operating System, or a custom installation such as a Linux build. This option costs extra because more time is usually involved. This option does not save any user data, so it’s important to backup anything important to you prior to this option.
