Your Portable Drive ($150 – $200)
If your storage device is compatible, we can remove it from your old computer and install it into a “USB Enclosure”, which can be plugged into another computer. We don’t recommend this as a long-term solution if your original storage device is failing. It can also be difficult to find the files you need when using this method, but it’s a good option for many people.
License and Password Backup ($50)
We will backup your saved passwords and software licenses from your old computer and put them on a storage device you provide. Although we will make every effort to preserve your passwords and licenses, this service isn’t compatible with all software.
Personal Profile Transfer ($250)
We will copy your personal data (user profile settings, photos, documents, files, etc) from your old computer and transfer them to your new computer or put them on a storage device you provide.
Full System Backup/Transfer ($500)
We will make a complete copy of your current storage device and copy it onto an equivalent or larger storage device. This covers up to a 1TB storage device. Larger storage devices are an additional $100 per 500GB of storage.
