Our diagnostic fee is $50 – $120 depending on how long the diagnostic process takes ($100 – $175 for gaming computers). We have a $50 minimum for ALL services which is required as a deposit up-front. You can pay by Cash, Check or an online invoice (which requires a 4.75% convenience fee). Many issues are resolved during our diagnostic process.

I've had work done with my PC for a few months. From errors to upgrades that I wanted. Over that time she has been excellent in letting me know what I needed and ordering parts.
