If you’re not sure whether your bank is enrolled as a Zelle partner, you can do a search after you scan the QR code to see. If you are already enrolled in Zelle through your bank, you will need to open your banking app and scan the code from the section called something like “Zelle Send / Receive Payments”.

Be sure to include your client name and Ticket Number if appropriate so you can be properly credited.
