Our Annual Inspection & Tune-Up is your computer’s yearly checkup and cleanup rolled into one. This service covers everything you need to keep your device healthy, optimized, and ready to perform.

This service is available for PC or Mac and we strongly recommend doing this as a drop-off service.

We offer two versions:

Essential Tune-Up: perfect for most users and appropriate as regular annual maintenance

Complete Annual Inspection & Tune-Up: This extended service is ideal for computers that work hard. We include more thorough cleaning, more inclusive updates and benchmarking for more complex systems (like gaming computers).

Note: We’re not “Miracle Workers”! If your computer is older and needs a lot of help, this service isn’t the best option. Instead, check out our “Refresh and Renew Package”

Both of our Annual Inspection & Tune-Up Packages include:

• Physical cleaning inside & out (includes vacuum / dust blowout)
• Advanced Diagnostics to identify any hardware or software issues that need to be addressed
• Cybersecurity threat check & removal
• Windows 11 Compatibility Check (if Windows 11 is not present)
• Operating System & Driver Updates
• Disk Cleanup / Space Recovery
• Data Backup Check (check for Onedrive or other cloud-based backup setup)

The Complete Annual Inspection & Tune-Up adds on:

• Cooling System Refresh (replace thermal paste / thermal pads / liquid metal (PS5)
• Hardware benchmarking for more complex systems (GPU, CPU, RAM, Storage Device) and optimization
• Advanced Cybersecurity threat check & removal (includes deeper scan and rootkit scan)
• BIOS Updates if needed
• Advanced Disk Cleanup / Space Recovery (includes removing bloatware, unwanted applications, unwanted subscriptions)
• Set-up Data Backup if requested (does not include price of storage if needed)
• 48hr Printer Setup assistance (remote only)

Our REFRESH AND RENEW PACKAGE includes everything in the “Complete Annual Inspection & Tune-Up” PLUS a full Operating System Reset with Data Transfer and Account Setup.

* Threat Removal Details: Threat Removal is for detected threats only. Occasionally we suspect that threats are present we are unable to detect. Some threats cannot be removed without a full system reset.

* Set-up Data Backup – Includes configuration of a Cloud-based data backup service such as Onedrive or REMOTE support to set up a connected data backup solution, such as an external hard drive. Does not include the cost of additional storage or backup services 

* Printer Setup is REMOTE ONLY – this package does not cover the cost of onsite services
