Computer Refresh and Renew Package $500

– Install all of the latest safe updates, make sure drivers are properly installed and configured
– User Data and Application Transfer if requested
– Password and Software License backup if available
– Microsoft Account Setup (or AppleID Login for MacOS) with up to 3 login accounts (email, social media, etc) or we can set up a Local Account
– You keep your old drive as a backup (if applicable)
– Our minimum $50 diagnostic deposit goes toward the price of this package if purchased during the same visit as the diagnostic.

We recommend pairing this service with our “Clean the Beast” below ($150 add-on)
– Save $100 if we do not replace your internal drive.

** Obsolete and Linux systems will cost $100 extra
** Gaming / Custom computers are $50 extra due to the extra labor involved.

Budget Package Options

Annual Inspection and Tune-Up – $225 (Guardian Plan Member Price: $112.50)

More than 10 steps to test, clean, update and optimize your computer. We start with a basic diagnostic and if concerns are found, we stop and contact you before going any farther, giving you the option to fix those issues. We install pending updates and clean up all of the “junk” in your computer. This includes removing any threats (malicious software) we find. This recovers lost space and makes your computer run better! For older systems with larger problems, we always recommend our Refresh and Renew Package (above) instead. If you pay for this service and we find anything that needs additional work, we give you a $50 labor credit towards the work (good for 90-days from the service). This service is included for FREE with our Complete Care Monthly service plan and does not count toward the monthly labor credit. Members of our Guardian Plan get 50% off of this service and Members of our Legacy Annual Protection Plan get a $50 credit towards this service.

Clean the Beast – $250

This service is geared more towards gaming towers, but it includes a cooling system refresh including new thermal paste/thermal pads as appropriate, dust cleanout and basic diagnostics leaving your computer feeling fresh and breathing better. Heat and dust are not your computer’s friend – book it now!

Classic Reset – $250

This is a clean, factory fresh install of the most recent compatible version of your operating system (Windows 10 or 11 / Latest MacOS for Apple) on your current internal storage device. This option removes EVERYTHING from your computer as if you just bought it. We install all of the latest, safe updates as well as updating and configuring the drivers, startup optimization and removing any bloatware. Optionally, we can install a trimmed down version of Windows 10 or 11 – just ask us.

Basic Reset – $150

This is a clean, factory fresh install of the most recent compatible version of your operating system (Windows 10 or 11 / Latest MacOS for Apple) on your current internal storage device. This option removes EVERYTHING from your computer as if you just bought it. We send it home at the setup screen. We *DO NOT* log into the Operating System after it has been installed. Optionally, we can install a trimmed down version of Windows 10 or 11 that will be sent home booting to the desktop with a standard local user account (no Microsoft Account login requirement) – just ask us.

Add new Solid State Drive to Classic Reset or Basic Reset – 500GB SSD – $100 / 1TB SSD – $150 (Mechanical drives are also available. This is a new storage device compatible with your computer with a minimum 1-year hardware warranty)

– Software Installation and Configuration ($10/title – you will be required to provide license information for paid software if we are unable to recover it from installation)
