This women tried to charge me $500 dollars for a pc case swap and she said she has done this multiple times? So if a professional place like Best Buy who is known for better reliability, charges at a lower reasonable price $200 dollars what does that say about this company 😂 be smart with your money y’all just got off the phone with her it seems like she never even been around a pc…

Computer Chick is brilliant, she is able to find out exactly is wrong quickly. She's helped me feel better to use my laptop; as it sometimes has problems. Now I have someone who comes quickly & works quickly & explains what she does.

Absolutely excellent service made my PS5 from like new again I was having a lot of trouble with it randomly shutting off during gaming she went the extra mile by even fixing to CPU and the power overheating issues. Cannot recommend highly enough. Rebirth has not crashed LOL five stars would definitely go to again.

Seby was great help. I have a very finicky PC I built myself and has always given me trouble. Despite years of issues, she helped to get everything back in working order and was helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Would recommend Seby to anyone.

Computer Chick is INCREDIBLE! I will now seek Seby's help for all my tech support needs. She got my PC in, fixed my issues, gave me helpful advice (as I am newer to the PC building community), and got it back to me in less than 24 hours! She is super sweet and gets right to business. I appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs!

Computer Chick has helped me with computer issues for a couple of years. She is always easy to understand and I'm able to follow her directions. It is great to talk to a real person about what is happening on your computer. She is very professional and her charges are reasonable.

I've had work done with my PC for a few months. From errors to upgrades that I wanted. Over that time she has been excellent in letting me know what I needed and ordering parts. She has been very patient with my over sized CPU cooling fan which wasn't easy to deal with. I've had my PC back for a few weeks now, it is working great. Thank you :)
