Our Essentials Service Plan is ideal for small offices on a budget who need occasional IT support.
At just $100/month per workstation, it provides advanced business-class protection and support from cyber-threats from malware to hackers and scammers.
This service requires just a 6-month commitment term and is billed monthly. Your up-front costs include an initial setup fee of $25/Workstation and the first month’s pro-rated payment. You may add workstations during your commitment term (additional setup fees will apply).
We monitor the health of your enrolled workstations with automatic monthly maintenance such as managed installation of patches and minor updates. We provide our “Annual Inspection and Tune-Up” for no additional charge for each registered workstation once/year.
Need occasional tech support? You get unlimited tech support by email for each registered device and up to 1hr/month of Remote Support (if needed) for each registered device.
Additional labor is billed at our standard rates.
