The Elevate Plan is suitable for growing small businesses with normal support needs.
At $150/month per workstation, it provides advanced business-class protection as well as a generous Tech Support plan and Cloud Backup.
This service requires a 12-month commitment term and is billed monthly. Your up-front costs include an initial setup fee of $35/Workstation and the first month’s pro-rated payment. You may add workstations during your commitment term (additional setup fees will apply).
We monitor the health of your enrolled workstations with automatic monthly maintenance such as managed installation of patches and updates. We provide our “Annual Inspection and Tune-Up” for no additional charge for each registered workstation once/year. The included Annual Inspection and Tune-Up does not count towards your monthly Tech Support labor.
You get unlimited tech support by email for each registered device and up to 3hrs/month of Remote Support (if needed) for each registered device. Additionally, you get up to 1hr/month of Onsite Support (travel fees not included) and up to 1hr/month of Printer Support (per 3 registered workstations).
Additional labor is billed at our standard rates.
You also get up to 50GB/Workstation of secure Cloud Backup for those important company files.
