You’re a busy business and you need all the perks of an IT Department without all the expense. For $200/month per workstation you get the coverage and support you need.
This service requires a 12-month commitment term with a minimum of 3 seats and is billed monthly. Your up-front costs include an initial setup fee of $50/Workstation and the first month’s pro-rated payment. You may add workstations during your commitment term (additional setup fees will apply).
In addition to our robust Cybersecurity protection for your endpoints, we give you one seat per registered device for our professional Cybersecurity Training once/year for your employees.
We monitor the health of your enrolled workstations with automatic monthly maintenance such as managed installation of patches and updates. We provide our “Annual Inspection and Tune-Up” for no additional charge for each registered workstation once/year. The included Annual Inspection and Tune-Up does not count towards your monthly Tech Support labor.
You get unlimited tech support by Email and Remote Support for each registered device and up to 2hrs/month of Onsite Support (travel fees not included) plus up to 2hrs/month of Printer Support (per 3 registered workstations).
Additional labor is billed at our standard rates.
You also get up to 500GB/Workstation of secure Cloud Backup for those important company files
We include 1 Microsoft 365 Standard license per registered workstation.
