Our basic bench-fee covers Diagnostics, Testing and minor repairs if applicable. If your computer requires further work, we contact you with options and pricing details. If your computer does not require diagnostics and testing, $50 is still our minimum non-refundable deposit. We do not accept work for less than our minimum bench fee. However, members of our “Complete Care Plan” are not subject to bench fees.
